We accept payments through PayPal or BACS for web hosing and site development. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal and Lloyds Bank, including information required to process or support the payments such as the purchase total and billing information. Payments for some services and templates may be processed through our partner sites, you can read their privacy policy if required when buying themes and designs.
The personal data that we collect will be stored on our servers inside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Occasionally, we may have to transfer personal data outside of the EEA. For example, domain registration data needs to be sent to our domain registrar outside of the EEA. All servers are housed in our ISO27001:2013 certified data centres with security features including: 24-7 on site security, CCTV inside and out, gated secure perimeter, photo IDs with swipe card entry, and need-to-know access security policies.
