Hi, a little about me. I started MiniEmpire in 2005 after selling my first media company. My career in tech has been quite varied, from software development to project management across several universities and other organisations. I also taught AI and web development at the University of Izmir and database development at Newcastle University. I worked on European Union research projects looking at satellite transmission protocols, and I started a PhD by reverse-engineering the Mars Rover simulation software (it's not rocket science… or is it). I've always been passionate about entrepreneurship, so I volunteered as a tech advisor and mentor before using all these skills to create MiniEmpire. Now I'm officially in the empire building business!
